MANHATTAN

KING STREET (FACADE)

Facade restoration in the NYC town of Greenwich. Building to the right is an example of what it looked like before. We striped all the 100 years of paint down to the original 1840's brick. Re-Brownstoned stairs, lower portion of building and front door surround. Decorative metal lintels and sills installed according to Landmarks. All original wrought iron removed, restored and replaced. All windows replaced with new Marvin wood windows. New sidewalk also poured.
