FURMAN STREET

This Brooklyn Bridge Park waterfront unit was converted from two apartments, one atop the other. We created an opening between floors to join the two units into one. The living room floors were raised to bring the magnificent view of the NYC skyline to eye-level. The upper floor is comprised of the kitchen, pantry, living room, while the lower floor is dedicated for three bedroom spaces.
